Gentle Belly Birth.

For a caesarean birth that feels calm, connected, and truly yours.

Gentle Belly Birth is a heartfelt course for couples preparing for a planned - or even possible - caesarean birth. With a focus on family-centred care, this course guides you in shaping a birth experience that aligns with your values and supports deep bonding from the very beginning.

What we cover:

  • Family-centred caesarean options (skin-to-skin, maternal-assisted birth, delayed cord clamping)

  • How to build your caesarean birth plan and communicate your wishes

  • Breathing and relaxation tools for calm in theatre

  • Partner support and presence in the birth space

  • Post-birth bonding and early breastfeeding

Whether this is your first baby, a belly birth after labour, or a repeat caesarean - your experience matters. Let’s make it gentle, informed, and empowering.

Breastfeeding with Confidence.

Breastfeeding can be one of the most rewarding experiences, but it can also come with challenges. This course is designed to give you the knowledge, support, and skills to confidently navigate your breastfeeding journey. With a focus on nurturing the bond between you and your baby, we’ll cover essential topics such as latch, positioning, milk supply, and troubleshooting common concerns. Drawing on my expertise in Breastfeeding Management, I’ll empower you to feel confident in your ability to breastfeed and nourish your baby.

Baby massage.

Bonding with your baby through touch is a beautiful and calming experience. In this course, you’ll learn the art of baby massage, which can help soothe your little one, improve sleep patterns, and foster a deeper connection. Together, we’ll explore gentle techniques and movements that can provide comfort and relaxation for both you and your baby. As a trained professional, I’ll guide you through the process and ensure you feel confident in offering your baby this nurturing form of touch.

We offer both group classes as well as private classes which last for one hour.

Birth Support.

As a doula, I walk alongside you - providing grounded, nurturing support through every wave of labour. Whether your birth is at home, in hospital, or in theatre, my role is to hold space for you - your choices, your voice, your strength.

From calm breathing and hands-on comfort to explaining what’s happening in the room, I’m there for you and your partner - so you can stay present, connected, and supported.

With a background in Midwifery, Breastfeeding Support, and Mental Health, my care is holistic, evidence-based, and deeply compassionate.
