Hi, I’m Sarah

and I’m here to help you feel empowered, confident, and fully prepared for the birth of your baby. I hold a Bachelor of Midwifery, and I have completed advanced studies in Breastfeeding Management, Mental Health and Hypnobirthing Education. My in-depth academic background, combined with practical experience, allows me to offer you the most comprehensive birth education and support available.

Although I am not currently registered as a practicing midwife in Australia, I bring to you a wealth of evidence-based knowledge and expertise in birth preparation, maternal health, and infant care. My goal is to guide you through your pregnancy and birth experience with confidence, providing you with all the information and tools you need to make informed, empowering choices for your birth journey.

Why “Wonder”?

The name Wonder has a special meaning - both in English and Dutch (my native language). In English, Wonder evokes a sense of awe and amazement - that feeling you get when you witness something extraordinary, like the miracle of birth.

In Dutch, Wonder translates directly to “miracle” - a fitting word for the work I do, where each birth is a unique, awe-inspiring experience. Whether it’s the wonder of a first-time mom meeting her baby or the wonder of a family welcoming their second little one, I believe every birth has its own magical moments.
